Coaching
We'll schedule 4 private coaching sessions to help you think through your business plan or implementation strategy. During these sessions, you will provide the information and details of each of the business plan components. The information that you share, will be put into the business plan written to industry specifications.
Check Ins
Stay on track with regular business check-ins. While we help you with your plan, you'll have an accountablity partner to make sure that your business is progressing forward during our time together.
Presentations
Do your whole team need training on the vision from the business plan perspective? Just say the word and a webinar presentation will be scheduled. We are happy to build and deliver a webinar presentation on your behalf for your stakeholders.
Business Plan Writing
You provide the details and the data and we'll help you tell your story powerfully and persuasively in a completed written plan. You will receive a completed business plan in two formats:
- Microsoft Word format (editable)
- Adobe PDF format (for presenting to others)
Financial Projections
Based on your financial structure we'll provide help on creating realistic forecasting, cash flow projections and balance sheets. This will also inlcude a profit and loss statement and comparison benchmark numbers and ratios with similar entities.
Privacy and Security
While developing your plan, we will exchange information through a private web-based business planning app to keep your planning information private. You will be granted access for review and editing along the way.
Sample Business Plan Review
Based on your organization's scope and availability, we will provide you with a sample business plan for your reference. This will be helpful so you can do research on what similar organizations are doing and how they are doing it.
